I have been asked if there is any way to incorporate points for pounds lost. I am not sure how to do this and keep it fair since some have more weight to loose than others giving them an unfair advantage. I am giving this some thought and would love anybody's input on this!!
What about.... set a goal weight for the end of the 8 weeks- I think everybody would want to loose a little even if it is only 5 pounds. If you reach your goal you could get a 10 point bonus???

I am all geared up for the challenge. Is there somewhere I am supposed to write/post my goals or is it more personal? Should I email you all my info on where I am at and what I want to work on? Just let me know. This is such a great idea. And I will send you my ten bucks this week. Thanks!
If you would like to share your goals you can post it on the blog, or you can keep it personal-whatever you prefer. Just make sure to email me your weekly totals on Sunday.
